Shonali Khanna is a teacher, content creator, teacher educator and e-moderator. Currently she is the Academic Manager for South India. In this role she is responsible for managing the design and delivery of customised trainings solutions to organisations either face to face, blended or online. These organisations are usually Schools, Colleges, Corporates, Governments and Non-Profit Organisations (NGO’s).
She holds a Certificate and Diploma in teaching adult learners (Celta and Delta) from University of Cambridge. She is especially interested in integrating digital elements with face to face training. She has a certificate in Academic Management from International House, London in addition to a certificate in Language Awareness from Norwich Institute for Language Education (NILE).
As a teacher trainer she is responsible for a network of trainers in South India. She has to ensure that quality standards are met during training and resources are used efficiently and to British Council teaching standards. Besides this, she also designs course content that is relevant and meets organisation expectations. She has also conducted both in-service training (face to face and online) as well as train the trainer (TTT) programme for teachers working in the schools and the higher education space.View Profile and Schedule
