Dr. Ullman is International Accreditation Leader for the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). She directs the Advanced Instructional Leadership Program (AILP) for Jordan’s public-school principals, a partnership with Queen Rania Teacher Academy, University of Connecticut, Jordan Ministry of Education and University of Jordan. Dr Ullman is the former Director of the University of Connecticut Principal Preparation Program.
She served as Chief Talent Officer for the Connecticut State Department of Education was Superintendent of Schools in Simsbury, CT. She received her Ph.D. (University of Colorado), Master’s degree (Northeastern University), and bachelor’s degree (Regis College.) Dr Ullman co-authored Learning Personalized: Evolution of the Contemporary Classroom Dr Ullman was the 2012 Connecticut Superintendent of the Year.
