Lizbeth Bullough

As an educationalist for over 30 years, Lizbeth has an MA in International Education and Globalization and has worked as a lecturer at UCL, IOE since 2012. Lizbeth currently works within the Department of Learning and Leadership (DLL), designing and delivering CPD training, consultancy and knowledge exchange programmes in global contexts. She has extensive experience of working on projects related to both teacher training and primary and curriculum design, most recently working in developing initial teacher education programmes internationally. Lizbeth is a supervisor on the MA (Early Years) on-line international dissertation module. Having previously held the post of programme lead for the early years’ initial teacher training programme (EYITT), Lizbeth has also worked on initial teacher education programmes supporting the initial teacher training of primary and early years’ student teachers. Lizbeth is in the final stages of her doctoral research, which is situated in the field of social theory and education and in the area of parental aspirations and the transfer of inter-generational advantage and disadvantage.
